"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve been using TuneCore for a little while now, it’s been solid for me. Uploading music is fairly straightforward, payments seem to come through when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t really felt like there were any weird surprises or hidden stuff. Support maybe isn’t the fastest every time, but they did get back to me and helped sort out my question. Overall, I’d say it feels trustworthy enough, which is probably the main thing I care about when dealing with music online.

"Editing a release is way more exhausting than it should be"
Once my release was live, trying to edit anything felt unnecessarily difficult. I only needed to fix a few small details, but it turned into this whole cycle of waiting, resubmitting, and feeling unsure about what I was even allowed to change. it left me mentally drained. For a service we pay for, the amount of control you get feels limited. Other platforms make basic updates much easier, but tunecore just feels stuck and not very artist-friendly when you need to make changes to a release.

"Pretty Smooth, Honestly"
My release got approved in a fair amount of time. I did have to fix one small thing, which was a little annoying at first, but then I was like, whatever, it was simple enough. Overall, it went fine and I can’t really complain

"Helpful analytics without the hassle"
Not gonna lie, one of the main reasons I like TuneCore is the analytics. I can easily see where my streams are coming from and which songs are picking up more traction without having to dig around too much. It’s straightforward and helps me figure out what to focus on next. No major issues so far

Pretty easy to use overall, and I like that it works in a lot of countries. Compared to a lot of similar options people seem to use, this one feels more accessible when you're traveling or dealing with different regions.

I’ve been using TuneCore mainly because the pricing is just... really straightforward?? Like, you can actually see what you’re paying before you check out, and I didn’t end up getting surprised with weird extra fees later!!! For getting my songs released, it feels like a good deal...

I used TuneCore to release my song, the waiting part was kind of frustrating. It showed as being in review, but then it just sat there for days without much changing. I know music stores can take some time, so maybe that’s just how it goes, but it definitely felt slower than it should’ve been. There also wasn’t really a clear update, so I ended up checking every day wondering if anything was actually happening.

"Refund sorted way easier than expected!!"
I had a billing issue and needed to ask for a refund, and I thought it was going to be a whole long process. But support replied quickly and the money was sent back without any drama!! Super simple, fair, and way less stressful than I expected

"Solid service, but the fees could be clearer"
I used TuneCore to release a few songs, it got the job done smoothly. Uploading everything was straightforward, and my music made it onto the stores without any real hassle. The only thing that bothered me was the extra charges, a few of them weren’t super obvious upfront, so noticing them later was kind of annoying. I’m still giving it 4 stars because it worked for what I needed, but I’d definitely like to see the pricing laid out more clearly from the start...

"I’ve been using TuneCore for a while..."
I’ve been using TuneCore for a while now, the yearly plan has been worth it for me. I was feeling a little overwhelmed at first trying to keep up with releases and costs, so not having to pay every single time I upload a track has been a big relief. The dashboard is easy to get around too. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I feel like I’m getting solid value.

"Pretty useful, but a little frustrating sometimes"
I like the artist dashboard overall, most of the time it does what I need and I’m genuinely glad it’s there. But then I’ll try to find a specific tool and suddenly I’m annoyed because it feels more confusing than it should be. It’s not a huge deal or anything, and I wouldn’t call it bad, but there are definitely moments where I’m thinking, “Why did that take so many clicks?”

My experience with tunecore has been smooth. I don’t pay attention to every little detail in emails, but the important stuff was always easy to spot, what stage my release was in, if something needed fixing, and what to do next. I never felt stuck waiting around with no idea what was going on. Support also kept things simple and straight to the point, which I appreciated

"Pretty smooth for quick metadata fixes"
I mostly use TuneCore for metadata updates, and so far it’s been easy. I had to change a track title and fix the credits on maybe one or two songs, and it only took around 10 minutes or so. it’s nice when a small update doesn’t turn into some huge headache.

Got my royalty payment right on time, which was just nice because I didn’t have to chase anything or wonder what was going on. It showed up clearly in my account, no weird confusion, no drama, just there when it was supposed to be. Happy with the whole thing.

It works okay for social monetization, but it takes a while to get everything going. I didn’t expect to have to do this much extra work just to see decent results, so it gets a bit frustrating.

Support got back to me fast and did fix the issue, which is really what matters. It did take one follow-up from my side to get everything fully sorted, but that’s not a huge deal. Sometimes things just need a little extra push. Overall, I’m satisfied with how it was handled
